This is the best Airbnb experience I've had. Dee is a wonderful host, very welcoming, warm and responsive. The cottage is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Dee has an eye for detail and has ensured that her guests have everything they need and some great extras too! The location is so close to the beach and only a short walk to all that Avalon has to offer. All this and it was so quiet and peaceful. Dee and Colin are gracious hosts and ensure that you have everything you need. We look forward to staying again. Thank you so much Dee and Colin.

What a beautiful property! I was lucky enough to stay here the night before and after my wedding. The atmosphere was warm, bright and homey, while exuding all the charm of a beachside cottage. Was the perfect mix of laid back bohemian style, and quality, luxury finishes. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after and had everything we needed. Thank you so much for adding something so special to our experience of the day. I truly couldn’t recommend this place more!

What more could you want than a cottage by the beach to enjoy an urban break? Having a secluded front yard for the pup to enjoy, we also had the benefit of the deck for lunch and the front portico to relax in the shade and watch the passers-by heading to the beach and Avalon shops. The beautifully appointed cottage had everything you needed. Kitchen was well stocked, great shower pressure, relaxing bed, even an umbrella for the beach. What a find! We will definitely be back.

Dee’s cottage is absolutely wonderful. We had a great time away, we took our little dog who just loved the front garden, we were all sad to leave. Dee is such a lovely host, all of the little touches were greatly appreciated.

Look no further if you are looking for a beachside getaway!!

Only 50 minutes away from Sydney but it felt like we were in Byron. Spotless and so comfortable. I have never slept in such comfortable beds. Make a coffee and take a 1 min walk to the beach to watch sunrise and surfers enjoying the morning. Dee was the best host ever. We will be back soon.

This is an absolute gem! We had the most wonderful time here. The cottage is beautifully maintained, sparkling clean with gorgeous and thoughtful touches throughout. Dee was so helpful and gave us great local tips. We will definitely return and would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone coming to the Northern Beaches.
